Children's Activity Truck.
During the week, in order for us to evangelize and disciple in neighborhoods across Houston that are not possible for us to bus to our Center consistently, we employ a series of CAT Trucks - specially formatted trucks equipped with built-in stages and a full sound system - to enter neighborhoods and hold Sidewalk Sunday School. CAT Truck - Sidewalk Sunday School is held every week in neighborhoods across Houston, bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to evangelize and disciple children and their families in low-income areas. Every week before the CAT Truck comes, interns and staff go out into the neighborhoods and invite the children and their families to attend Sidewalk Sunday School the following week. This way, the children know that we are coming and are excited before we ever arrive! When they see the CAT Truck pulling in, they come running to the truck asking to help set up. After this, we have a wonderful time together in songs, games, and powerful teaching and preaching from the Bible. Our Bible Lessons are designed specifically to infuse in every child's heart one, single truth straight from the Bible, empowering them to make better choices in life and live for the Lord.
